SMS Terms and Conditions

Program

ERG Restoration job updates. Customers who opt in receive text messages from ERG Restoration about their restoration job: visit times, progress updates written and approved by our staff, and a check-in after the work is done. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-message box at the end of our work authorization form when you sign it. The box is unchecked by default and reads:

“I agree to receive text messages from ERG Restoration about my job at the phone number above. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.”

Consent is not a condition of service. We only text customers who checked the box, and only at the phone number on their form.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 1-888-799-9883.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
